Elite athletes can play up to 70–80 games per season, which significantly limits the time available for recovery between games.

At the same time, players are spending more time traveling between away games, often with minimal time for sleep and rest.

According to available studies, frequent travel can increase the likelihood of sports injuries by 10–20% due to:

How to Use the KompreFit System

How can you make the most out of the KompreFit system?

This is the post-match KompreFit Cycle™ that allows players to start training the very next day after a game.
